This year we will celebrate our school’s connection to the Fine Arts with our 16th Annual Auction, “Art Unveiled: Red Carpet Gala.”  Imagine arriving at a prestigious art gallery, like the Louvre or the Met, for a grand opening with artists, collectors, reporters, and celebrities.  We envision dramatic lighting, frames, flowers, and of course, a red carpet!  Guests can costume themselves as one of the “best dressed,” famous artists like Vincent Van Gogh and Frida Kahlo, or even works of art like Thutmose’s Nefertiti sculpture, Warhol’s Marilyn, or Wood’s American Gothic couple.  For an added aura of mystery, certain auction items will not be unveiled until Auction Night…

Volunteer Opportunities

Starting Wednesday January 16th we will be seeking volunteers for many of the important jobs that make the auction happen!  We need folks to help prep the food, set up the items, and decorate the room on Friday March 22.  We also need help during the event on Saturday March 23, to do jobs like monitor the silent auction tables, provide administrative support, and prepare and serve food.  On Sunday March 24 we need help with the all-important clean up and put away.  Perks for volunteers!  Some will receive drink tickets, some get special ticket pricing.

Email CedarSpringsAuction@gmail.com for details and to sign up!

Thank you!
